BREEAM Certification & Project Adaptation

EVERIS HEADQUARTER - MADRID - SPAIN

After a detailed analysis of the building “green” potential the project was certified under the BREEAM IN USE protocol. The tasks developed by the team led by Exeleria can be summarized as follow:

• Evaluation of the sustainability potential of the building
• Identification of possible improvements and architectural solutions in order to optimize the level of certification achieved.
• Building certification process which was completed with the “Excellent” certification level award.
