Transition toward a Circular Economy

This service-package focuses on adapting the existing production dynamics associated with a company or an asset to the new requirements of the circular economy as defined by the most used European and International standards. This implies the development of several activities, such as:

• Analysis of the existing processes and/or dynamics associates with the supply and production chain of the asset;
• Identification of the activities not related with a local production process that imply a supply of external resources;
• Implementation of simulation tools, such as, Life Cycle Analysis or Life Cycle Cost, for the quantitative definition of potential savings associates with the circular-economy processes.
• Identification of the optimum solutions for the development of a circular-economy production and supply chain.
